What NextCallAgent is, who runs it, who we work with, and what an engagement looks like.

NextCallAgent is an AI venture studio based in Toronto, Canada. We audit mid-market companies, build the custom AI systems the audit calls for, run them in production, and where it fits, license the finished system across the client's industry. The studio was founded by Sam Arami and is operated by The AI Clubhouse Inc.

Yes. NextCallAgent is operated by The AI Clubhouse Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company based in Toronto, founded by Sam Arami, a former RBC Capital Markets investment banker. Our client work is documented on the clients page and every client there can be reached by reference call. If anyone has paid NextCallAgent or Sam Arami for work and did not receive it, they get a full refund by emailing sam@theaiclubhouse.com. No customer has ever made that claim to us.

Sam Arami is a Toronto-based founder of NextCallAgent, an AI venture studio, and AI Venture Launch, a 24-week accelerator that teaches operators to close mid-market AI deals. He is a former RBC Capital Markets investment banker and the founder of SimpliScale, which he exited. He has spoken at Dan Martell's AI Summit and the Global AI Show in Dubai. His full background and client results are at samarami.com.

A studio builds and operates companies and products, rather than selling hours. In our case: one custom AI system for one mid-market client in a high-value vertical, run until the numbers hold, then licensed to other operators in the same industry. The studio model page walks through it.

Mid-market operators, typically $5M to $50M in revenue, with a leadership team serious about growth. Our case studies span healthcare, relocation, and home services, and the systems are built for companies that already have real lead flow and real call volume to put them to work. We serve Canada and the United States.

Every engagement starts with a paid audit and roadmap, scoped on the first call. Build work is priced after the roadmap, once we know what is worth building. Some partnerships are priced on outcomes instead: a share of revenue, or a fee per qualified lead. We do not publish a rate card because the range is wide and depends on the system.

The audit and roadmap land within the first two weeks. First systems typically go live in weeks rather than quarters. Clients have seen lead response drop under one minute and onboarding accelerate 60% within the first engagement cycle.

AI voice agents, custom CRMs, document intelligence, workflow automation, dashboards, paid advertising campaigns, and outbound growth engines including LinkedIn programs. The services page lists what we build by industry.

NextCallAgent is the studio: we build and run systems for clients. AI Venture Launch is the accelerator: a 24-week program where Sam teaches operators the same model so they can close their own first AI deal. Both are run by Sam Arami under The AI Clubhouse Inc.
